All of the PackRight Carriers are made from waterproof Hydrotuff material and are constructed with special features to keep water out. The Waterproof Car Top Carrier Liner provides you with the 110% assurance that your gear will stay dry. The liner is designed to fit the Classic Car Top Carrier like a glove but will work well with any of the carriers. Just place the liner inside the carrier, load your gear, and pull the liners drawstring closure. The Waterproof Liner is made of nylon tafetta (the same material as most umbrellas) and constructed with sealed seams for complete water protection.
