Both Spring-Loaded Suspension (SLS) and the new, patent-pending Free-Rotating™ Suspension (FRS) carry the same Atlas suspension heritage, absorbing impact, providing deeper crampon penetration, suspending your foot so it can move freely with its intended articulation, and letting your foot flex naturally side-to- side on traverses and uneven terrain. But with their differences – one active, one free – each has unique features and benefits to match the varied needs of today’s snowshoeing enthusiasts.
