Q: How does the Bongo process work?
A: Set up a US address with Bongo from one of the links on our website. This address can be used to complete your shopping cart. We will ship the goods to the Bongo warehouse. Bongo will forward the goods to your country when you have activated your account.
Q: Why haven't you shipped my goods?
A: In order for us to ship your goods, you will need to enter your credit card information into the Bongo International website at http://www.BongoUS.com.
Q: Will my goods be automatically forwarded to me?
A: If you signed up for Bongo’s "Pay Per Use" Service, then your goods will be automatically shipped to you. If you signed up for their "Subscription" Service, then you will receive an email from Bongo stating that they have received your goods. You can contact them directly to have the goods shipped.
Q: Do I need to pay any duties/taxes when the goods arrive?
A: Bongo's price includes a full door-to-door transportation cost, however, there may be additional duties and taxes charged by customs in your country. Please contact Bongo directly if you have any additional questions about this process.
