Understanding the Cost of Shipping for ShelterLogic Products
Shelterlogic's products are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in CT via truck freight or UPS. Most of these products are oversize due to length and many require special handing even when shipped via UPS. Truck freight shipment is required for a large part of the product line, and can be quite costly.
PLEASE NOTE: We pass along the actual cost charged to us by Shelterlogic for their manufacturer direct shipping program without markup. This fee is incorporated in the item price, which is nearly always higher than MSRP.
We are unable to provide discounts from this cost of shipping.
ALSO NOTE: ShelterLogic requires a 3 day lead time to ship, and total shipment time can require 7-10 business days.
If you are nearby to the Shelterlogic factory or wish to avoid the high cost of shipping these items, you may pick your order up during the business week between 9:00 AM and 4PM, excluding the lunch hour, by prearrangement.
You will need to pay for the free shipping cost and request a refund of the cost of shipping prior to pickup. Simply enter the request to pick up in the order comments section, and
we will waive the shipping fee and send you instructions on timing and available for pickup via email.
Shelterlogic requires 24 hours notice to prepare an order for pickup. Simply select the Pickup at Shelterlogic in CT option and checkout, and we will email you with a pickup confirmation for the following business day.
