SonarStep is designed to work with vehicles equipped with a tow package. The system automatically activates when the driver engages in reverse gear. The wireless system silently scans behind the vehicle. SonarStep will alert the driver inside the vehicle with an audible "beep" and "color coded" visual indication when the system detects a object in the scanning zones.
