Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Products must be returned unused in their original packaging in saleable condition within 30 days of your original receipt. If not received within 30 days of shipment receipt, no credit will be issued. Partially assembled racks or racks/bags that have been used to transport gear may not be returned.
Outdoor gear (bikes, camping gear, etc.) that have been used are also not returnable.
Return Credit Calculation
- Shipping charges are not refundable. For merchandise with free or included shipping, the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus actual shipping charges. Credit will be made after merchandise is received by Racks for All and found to be in new and unopened condition.
- Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we must charge a 15% restocking fee. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Important: Returns made without an RMA number issued by Racks for All or made to the wrong location may result in a reduced credit or no credit at all, depending on the circumstances. Please do not return an item without prior written authorization and an RMA number.
You may return a gift for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order for credit in our online store. The amount of credit will follow the same rules as the return policy above. Items that are marked non-returnable may not be returned for credit. Please send an email to greatservice@racksforall.com with any questions. We will need your email address to process your credit.
International Shipping Return Policy
Racks for All is no longer responsible for goods shipped after we have
received a Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse.
Any international returns will need to be coordinated through
Customer Service at Bongo International. Once a return is received by us
from Bongo International, our standard return policies and restocking fees apply.
International Shipping Damage Policy
Goods damaged in shipment will be replaced by Racks for All and shipped
to the Bongo warehouse. Customers will be responsible
for the cost of shipping the replacement goods through the Bongo service.
Racks for All is not responsible for the international transportation
of your goods. Please contact Bongo International directly if you
need to make a return or receive a replacement part.
Bongo will adjust your international paperwork to state that any additional
item(s) shipped are replacement parts. No additional duties/taxes should be
applied by Customs in your country in these instances.
Manufacturer warranties may become void if goods are shipped internationally.
